TechnologyOne SMS Technical Lead (Contract)

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on TechnologyOne Student One (SMS) Technical Lead to support technical delivery for an education client.

This is NOT a project management role. We require someone who can personally design, develop, configure, troubleshoot and support TechnologyOne Student One solutions.

Proven hands-on technical experience with TechnologyOne Student One CI and CIA.

Strong experience in Student One development, configuration, implementation and support.

Hands-on experience with Business Process Automation (BPA), events and workflow automation.

Strong technical skills in ETL processes, data models, web services and APIs.

Experience developing custom code and technical solutions within TechnologyOne.

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Student One technical and integration issues.

Experience integrating Student One with systems such as Canvas LMS, StudyLink and Syllabus Plus.

Experience working within higher education or a similar education environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, test and deploy TechnologyOne Student One solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations, automation and technical enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide hands-on technical support across project delivery and BAU activities.
- Work with architects, analysts and business teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Support ongoing platform improvements and optimisation.

Applicants must have direct, demonstrable experience working technically within TechnologyOne Student One (SMS).

Candidates without hands-on TechnologyOne Student One technical experience will not be considered.
