Health Workforce is seeking a Paediatric Coordinator based in Waterford West, QLD, to coordinate care for children (under 8, up to 16) and their families within an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander primary healthcare setting.

You will combine care coordination with direct clinical duties, triage referrals to paediatric services, deliver assessments, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support immunisation programs and regular health checks in a culturally secure environment.
