Prospects are available across multiple Bowen basin sites: Coppabella, Moranbah, Moranbah SPV, Dysart, Dysart SPV, Middlemount, Nebo, Rosewood and Waratah.
What you'll need Australian Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality or Kitchen Management Australian Chef Trade Certificate NZQA/NCEA Level 4 Certificate in Cookery City & Guilds Level 3 or 4 Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Skilled Cookery AU-recognized Skills Assessment Experience in cruise ships, hotels, oil and gas rigs,



or similar high-volume catering environments is highly regarded Unrestricted AU/INTL driver's license National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months with no disclosable outcomes Ability to pass all required pre-employment medical, physical, drug and alcohol testing Availability to commit to a minimum 6-month engagement What's on offer?
Full-time opportunities are available for suitable candidates, with work expected to commence in early December.
