You will support the Head Chef in a rapid-paced hotel kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation and hygiene for hotel guests and restaurant patrons.The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, solid understanding of food safety, and excellent time management.
Formal culinary training is valued, with a view to career progression within a growing hospitality group.
