Feel genuinely supported, valued and recognised at Sage Endodontists. Formerly MI Endodontists, we're a specialist practice that has been delivering cutting-edge care since 2016. We're opening a brand-new office in the Sydney CBD at 99 York Street and we're after a few more valuable people to join us in reception and/or chairside assisting roles. This is an exciting opportunity build something great from the ground up.

What we're about

Be Compassionate. Be Professional. Be Accountable. But be yourself. Those aren't just words on the wall. It's how we run the place. We're a team where it's always okay to ask for help, and we always offer it first. You'll be given real responsibility, it's okay to make a mistake and learn from it, and we check in regularly to see how you're going.

Your role:

- Welcome patients and manage the front desk, phones and appointments, or
- Assist during procedures with amazing equipment: CBCT, lasers, microscopes and 4-handed dentistry
- Help with sterilisation and infection control

You’ll bring:

- Reception, admin or customer service experience (dental experience a bonus, not essential)
- Confidence, attention to detail and a genuine care for people
- A thirst for learning! Cert III/IV in Dental Assisting is a nice-to-have, but not a must
- Availability 7.30am-5.30pm weekdays. No weekend or public holiday work is required.
- Trainees welcome.

- Paid parental leave top-up to your normal wage after 3 years with us
- Education scholarships toward Cert III/IV Dental Assisting

Central CBD location on York Street, close to Wynyard, Town Hall and Gadigal stations, bus & light rail, with great food and shopping right on our doorstep

We're here to make a difference. We've fundraised over $250,000 to lift families out of severe poverty through Palmera.org and the Smith Family.
