genU is seeking an Employment Pathways Mentor to work in the Sunshine area. You will support people with disability to achieve employment goals through tailored pathways, mentoring and capacity-building activities from planning through to securing work.
You’ll deliver on-the-job coaching, workplace assessments and post-placement support while maintaining accurate records and complying with regulatory requirements.
