Holiday Inn Sydney Potts Point is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead, coach and develop the F&B; team, delivering exceptional guest service while upholding brand standards.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to create memorable guest experiences, drive loyalty, maximise revenue opportunities, and contribute to departmental profitability.

This role requires full working rights in Australia, solid leadership and flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.
