Berry Sweet Strawberry Farm in Bullsbrook, WA, is seeking an experienced People & Culture and WHS Manager to oversee HR, employee relations, workplace safety, and employment compliance. Occasional travel to Pemberton will be required to provide in office HR and WHS support.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work with senior management, farm managers and the Workforce Manager to manage recruitment, inductions, performance, policy development and safety improvements across operations.
