Reo Group is seeking a Head of Commercial Finance in Sydney to lead Group FP&A;, budgeting, reporting and commercial finance partnering. Reporting to the CFO, you will own consolidated budgeting, forecasting and management reporting while driving profitability through transformation initiatives.

The role offers a versatile hybrid arrangement (2–3 days in the Sydney CBD office) with a base salary of 200k–220k plus super and a 20% annual bonus, supporting multi-market operations across Australia and
