GHD is seeking an experienced APAC Compensation Specialist to join our People team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will provide expert compensation advice across APAC, applying market insights to guide pay decisions, salary structures and reward investments.

Working closely with business leaders and People Teams, you will manage salary review activities, pay equity analysis and continuous improvement of compensation tools and guidance within a hybrid work setting.
