InLife is seeking a Senior Coordinator for CBD & Inner Suburbs on a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover. You will lead a team of disability support workers, coordinate rosters, and partner with Client Service Managers to deliver person-centred support in clients’ homes or shared living settings.

This hybrid role focuses on mentoring staff, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring quality service while navigating adaptable shifts and generous salary packaging.
