What you’ll do





- You’ll activate and grow referral partnerships across the general insurance broking network, increasing the flow of client referrals.
- Conduct broker meetings weekly, blending online and face-to-face interactions
- Segment and activate new referrers while deepening engagement with existing partners
- Track referrals and use CRM dashboards to monitor progress and identify focus areas

What you’ll need

- Experience in life insurance or general insurance
- Proven track record in sales, service, or relationship management, with experience managing a panel of referral partners
- Solid collaboration and communication skills
