Delaware North Australia & Current Zealand is hiring a casual Commis Chef to join the banquets team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. You will work alongside senior chefs in a high-volume kitchen, contributing to menu prep, presentation, and food safety.

Qualifications include a Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety certificate, with a willingness to obtain at onboarding; you should be available to roster over a 7-day period, including weekends and evenings.
