Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to empower adolescents and young adults 9–25 who live with disabilities. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, plan NDIS funded therapy, and help participants reach education, personal and work goals across homes, schools and communities.

The role requires a relevant tertiary qualification and registration, and may involve moving between Perth and Rockingham. Market-competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.
