COS is seeking a Head of HSEQ to set and drive the strategic direction for health, safety, workplace and quality across our Australian operations. You will partner with executives to strengthen governance, embed safety leadership and ensure compliant HSEQ outcomes with a safety-first culture.

Lead risk management, incident investigations and audits, and champion continuous improvement across ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001.
