Malek Group is seeking a capable Centre Director for our 127-place early childhood centre in Raby, Sydney. You will lead and mentor educators, liaise with families, oversee admin, enrolments and rostering, and drive continuous improvement aligned with the NQS and EYLF.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of Centre Director experience and hold an approved Diploma of Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood, with robust leadership and communication skills.
