Eurest is hiring for an onsite catering leadership role based in Snowy Mountains region of Jindabyne. Lead a dynamic team of 10+ hospitality professionals, oversee food production, stock control, budgeting and client relations.

The role requires Cert IV in Commercial Cookery, allergen and food safety knowledge, P&L; experience, and strong people skills. NSW-based with full time hours and benefits including parking and uniforms.
