Randstad is seeking a Statutory Planning Officer to join the City, based in Fremantle. You will evaluate development proposals, interpret planning schemes, and deliver evidence-based assessments.

You will advise applicants and the public, supporting SAT review processes and ensuring scheme compliance. The role requires qualification in Town Planning or related urban discipline, knowledge of WA planning legislation, and robust analytical/report writing skills.
