Heart-Led Support in Brisbane is seeking two support workers to join a small, consistent team supporting a participant in Coorparoo. We value individuals who show patience, calmness and respect for each person's pace, and who can work autonomously while fitting into a close-knit team.

Experience in aged care or dementia support is a big plus, with training provided if needed. Regular shifts in Coorparoo include evenings and weekends, and extra shifts may be available with other participants to
