Churches of Christ Warwick Aged Care is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead a modern 128-bed residential aged care service in Warwick, QLD. You will provide clinical leadership to nursing and care teams, drive quality, compliance and resident-focused care while partnering with the Service Manager.

Ideal candidates will be an AHPRA-registered nurse with 3–5 years in aged care or acute settings, possess robust governance knowledge and excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving
