Civmec is seeking an experienced HSE Superintendent for the Iluka Rare Earths Refinery project in Eneabba, WA. You will lead safety performance across SMPE&I; works, shaping a culture of excellence and ALARP principles.

Responsibilities include establishing the HSE Management System, audits, incident investigations, monthly reports, and mentoring site teams; in office presence at Eneabba with a 2:1 DIDO roster and Perth transport provided.
