360HR Solutions is working with an established engineering business looking to strengthen its commercial and sales capability heading into 2027.

There is flexibility around the background and experience of the right person.

You may already be established in engineering solutions sales and looking for broader responsibility across customers, new business and market development.

Equally, you may be a technically strong electrical or automation professional with commercial capability looking to build a longer-term career in technical sales.

The Opportunity

This role sits between engineering, customers and the business, working across electrical engineering, automation, controls and engineered solutions.

Depending on your experience, the role could include:

- Technical sales and customer development
- Key account management
- New business and market development




- Working with engineering teams to develop solutions
- Major opportunities, tenders and commercial discussions
- Broader sales leadership for the right person

You may already be a BDM or Sales Engineer or come from a strong technical background; what matters most is technical credibility, commercial thinking and the ability to build genuine customer relationships.

Experience across electrical engineering, automation, controls, switchboards, industrial equipment, mining, manufacturing or other engineered solutions could all be relevant.
