MW Recruitment in Ipswich, Queensland, is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director for a growing accounting practice with a $2.5M fee base. You will manage a portfolio of business services and tax clients, and take over existing fees to free up the Directors for growth.

You must be CA or CPA qualified and capable of leading a team, including offshore staff. Xero experience and solid client-relations skills are highly valued in this cloud-based practice.
