Endurance Mining is seeking a Paste Fill Coordinator to lead a small crew at Abra Mine Site on a rotating N/S roster. You will oversee the installation and maintenance of underground Paste Fill infrastructure, mentor junior team members, and drive safety and quality on site.

You will report to the UGM and Backfill Superintendent/Engineer, bringing hands-on leadership and technical expertise to a growing operation in Western Australia.
