MSO Account Manager – FMCG (Multiple Leading Brands)

Are you an experienced FMCG professional with a strong background managing MSO groups across Adelaide? Do you thrive on building business plans, driving market execution, and working closely with brand partners? If so, we want to hear from you.

Retail Tasker are seeking a talented MSO Account Manager to work across multiple FMCG brands, including established market leaders. This role requires deep knowledge of Adelaide’s independent grocery landscape, particularly MSO groups such as Drakes, Romeos, Chapleys and Kloses.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and executing business plans with MSO groups

Negotiating ranging, layout improvements, and promotional activity

Meeting regularly with Brand Managers to align on plans and goals

Reviewing results and identifying growth opportunities using platforms like Power BI





Leveraging your field background to ensure plans convert into strong in‑store execution

What You’ll Need

Minimum 2 years MSO management experience

Experience realtionships with MSO buyers

Strong understanding of the independent retailer environment

IT capability across reporting tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Market-competitive salary Package 90k - 105k + super, depending on experience
