Florida Tech's Department of Security Officers patrols the campus, monitors buildings and parking areas, and provides a visible presence to deter crime. Officers respond to emergencies, coordinate with police, fire, and EMS, and share safety information with the campus community 24/7.

The role is entry-level with an 80-hour pay cycle, requiring basic training and participation in the Field Training Program.
