Delaware North Australia is seeking a Chef de Cuisine - Events to lead our culinary team at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) in Melbourne. You will drive high-end kitchen operations for major events, delivering outstanding menus, leadership, and profitability in a vibrant venue.

You will oversee daily kitchen functions, develop trend-forward menus, mentor the team, uphold HACCP standards, and manage costs across permanent and casual staff to meet event demands.
