Shift Maintenance Electrician – Afternoon & Night Shift

We're expanding our maintenance team and looking for a skilled Shift Maintenance Electrician to join us in a newly created position at our Lisarow manufacturing facility.

You'll rotate between afternoon and night shifts, keeping our production lines running through breakdown response, fault finding and preventative maintenance.

This is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety, including flexibility to support projects, planned maintenance and leave coverage.

You'll rotate between afternoon and night shifts, keeping our production lines running through breakdown response, fault finding and preventative maintenance.

Shift & Flexibility

- Afternoon Shift: 15% shift loading

- Night Shift: 30% shift loading

- Rotating shifts with flexibility for projects and leave coverage

- Occasional weekend overtime opportunities

What You'll Be Doing

- Respond to electrical breakdowns and troubleshoot faults.

- Carry out preventative maintenance across production equipment.

- Maintain and repair automated machinery and packaging lines.

- Support equipment upgrades, projects and continuous improvement.





- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime.

- Maintain high electrical safety and food manufacturing standards.

About You

- Current NSW Electrical Licence (essential).

- Maintenance experience in FMCG, manufacturing or food production.

- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with motors, drives and automated equipment.

- PLC and automation experience highly regarded.

- Confident working independently and across different shifts.

- Flexible, proactive and safety-focused.
