The Salvation Army’s Fairhaven Recovery Centre on the Gold Coast is seeking a compassionate Case Worker to support participants on their recovery journey through case management, group facilitation and education.

You will conduct assessments, referrals and support planning, facilitate educational groups, and build strong partnerships with service providers to ensure secure, inclusive care and continuous quality improvement.
