The Role

As a Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of the floor during service. Working closely with the owners and our kitchen crew, you will ensure seamless dining flow, uphold service standards, and create memorable guest experiences from welcome to farewell.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Floor: Run polished, energetic lunch, evening, and event services, maintaining tempo and attention to detail.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, motivate, and train junior FOH staff in table service, drink knowledge, and brand standards.
- Beverage & Food Excellence: Confidently speak to our beverage program—including local wines, bespoke cocktails, and craft spirits—and guide guests through our dining menu.
- Guest Connection: Build genuine rapport with regulars, visitors,



and precinct guests, handling enquiries and feedback with poise.
- Operational Support: Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, reservation management, and maintaining an immaculate dining room and bar.

About You

You might already be an experienced supervisor looking for a more dynamic, creative venue, or a senior waitperson/bartender ready to take the next leap in your career.

- Experienced: Proven background in high-standard dining, boutique bars, or quality hospitality venues.
- Service-Driven: Natural warmth, intuitive customer service instincts, and a proactive eye for detail.
- Passionate About Product: A healthy appreciation for regional wine, spirits, and modern dining.
- Calm Under Pressure: Able to prioritise on the fly and keep service running smoothly when the room is humming.
- Qualified: Valid Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
- Flexible: Available across key hospitality shifts, including nights, weekends, and occasional special events.
