About you

- Previous hospitality management experience is essential.
- Strong leader in a high-volume environment.
- Understands food cost and rostering to budget.
- Available weekdays and weekends as needed.
- Growth opportunities as the brand expands (currently opening a second store).
- Staff meals on shift.
