NDIS Business Development & Community Engagement Officer

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated NDIS Business Development and Community Engagement professional with strong industry knowledge and preferably established relationships with Support Coordinators, Psychosocial Recovery Coaches, allied health professionals and other referral partners across Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of developing qualified referral partnerships, generating genuine participant enquiries and contributing to the growth of an NDIS provider.

Key responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face meetings with referral partners and organisations

Independently approach organisations to establish professional relationships

Develop professional referral partnerships





Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships

Follow up on opportunities

Contribute to the growth of the NDIS provider

About you

Demonstrated track record of developing professional referral partnerships

Strong communication, networking, negotiation and organisational skills

Proactive, results-driven attitude

Existing professional referral network

Understanding of NDIS participant choice, privacy, ethical referral practices and professional boundaries

Current driver's licence

Willingness to travel throughout Melbourne's eastern and south-eastern suburbs
