Maryborough Community Aged Care in Maryborough, Queensland, is seeking a Deputy Residential Manager to work closely with the Residential Manager to assist with running the residence and delivering exceptional care to residents.

You will lead a dedicated team of clinical professionals and care workers, mentoring them to maintain high standards of service. You’ll step in when the Residential Manager is off site or on leave and support continuous improvement across the home.
