We are seeking experienced Grocery Voice Pickers with proven electric tugger picking experience to join one of Australia's leading supermarket supply chains.

We are seeking experienced Grocery Voice Pickers with proven electric tugger picking experience to join one of Australia's leading supermarket supply chains.

IMPORTANT: Previous voice picking and electric tugger experience is ESSENTIAL.

THE ROLE

- Voice picking grocery products using an electric tugger.

- Picking and handling products weighing between 15–25kg.

- Stacking, wrapping and preparing pallets.

- Repetitive manual handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Maintaining productivity and accuracy while meeting strict picking targets.

- Following all workplace health and safety procedures.

Shift details:

- Day shift – 5 & 6am start.

- $45 per hour.





- Monday to Friday roster.

- Must be available for a full five-day working week.

- Weekend overtime availability is essential.

- Ongoing, full-time hours.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

- Proven previous voice picking experience.

- Electric tugger picking experience – ESSENTIAL.

- Previous experience working in a rapid-paced distribution centre or warehouse.

- Ability to consistently meet picking rates and productivity targets.

- Experience handling heavy grocery products and repetitive manual handling.

- Excellent reliability and attendance.

- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.

- Availability to work the full roster, including weekend overtime.

- A genuine commitment to securing long-term, ongoing employment.

PLEASE NOTE: We are specifically looking for experienced operators who can confidently step into the role.
