Dash Recruitment is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to assess and deliver property-backed SME loans in Western Sydney. The role focuses on underwriting and ongoing credit management for secured business facilities, with loan sizes from hundreds of thousands to a few million dollars.

You will work with sales, brokers, and external advisers to structure deals, prepare submissions for the Credit Committee, and ensure portfolio quality in a quick-moving non-bank environment.
