Inbound Customer Service Representative - Visa Holders Welcomed!

- Location: Sydney CBD
- Immediate Start: 23rd November
- Interviews: 1st & 2nd October
- Contract: Initial contract 4 weeks with potential for extension to mid 2027
- Hourly rate: $38.89ph + super

What you'll be doing:

Answering inbound calls and walking customers through their salary packaging accounts.

Solving queries with empathy, speed, and accuracy.

Managing customer records and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you bring:

Strong communication skills and a naturally helpful attitude.

Experience in customer service (contact center, retail, or hospitality all count!).

Confidence using computers and navigating basic software.
