Sharp & Carter partner with a reputable Australian manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced HR leader to head the people function in office at a key regional operation in WA. You will partner with site leaders to drive workforce performance, ER/IR, culture, engagement and capability development within a standalone HR role.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, succession and workforce planning, while coaching leaders through employee relations and investigations.
