EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Retail Site Security Manager for a premium Melbourne CBD location. The role requires managing a 24/7 security team in a agile retail environment, developing SOPs and risk assessments, and close collaboration with Centre Management and EGroup Management teams.

Ideal candidates will have minimum 5 years in security management, strong leadership, risk mitigation focus, and knowledge of security protocols and legislation.
