Estia Health in South Australia is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to lead care delivery under the head of the home. You will draw on your clinical background to enhance residents' wellbeing and experience.

As second in command, you will look after residents and their families, train carers and nurses, oversee the clinic from stock to compliance, and develop clinical programs while helping manage budgets.
