Kowanyama Aboriginal Shire Council seeks an experienced Aged Care Chief Cook to lead our kitchen team and deliver culturally respectful meals for Elders and clients. You will oversee menu planning, stock control, and protected food preparation in a supportive, community-focused setting.

You will work closely with dieticians, nutritionists, and the Aged Care Manager to meet nutritional needs and accommodate dietary requirements, while maintaining high hygiene standards and compliance with food safety
