Wesley College Melbourne, located at Elsternwick, seeks a team-oriented leader to guide the Individual Needs program from Prep to Year 9. The role combines strategic direction, team leadership and classroom teaching within the Primary Needs program, with strong family and specialist partnerships.

The 0.8 to 1.0 FTE fixed-term position runs for six months (Terms 1 and 2), commencing 21 January 2027, and requires qualifications in Inclusive Education or Learning Support.
