We’re looking for an experienced Group Financial Controller to lead our financial control function and help drive operational excellence across our global business. Reporting to the Head of FP&A;, you’ll lead a small team and take ownership of financial reporting, compliance, payroll governance, tax and audit activities, treasury, and month-end processes. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business, providing insights that support decision-making while ensuring strong financial controls and compliance standards are maintained. Other key responsibilities include:

Lead group financial reporting, compliance, audit and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Oversee financial operations including month-end processes and analysis, payroll governance, treasury and cash management.

Drive continuous improvement through automation, system enhancements and stronger financial controls

We’re looking for a qualified CA or CPA with significant experience in senior finance roles, strong technical accounting expertise, a key eye for detail, and a passion for improving processes through automation, systems and emerging technologies. Experience in a technology or SaaS environment will be highly regarded.
