AFTRS in Sydney is seeking an experienced Studio Supervisor to lead secure Grip and Lighting operations across studios and sets. Reporting to the Head of Production Operations, you will oversee bookings, crew scheduling, maintenance and stock takes, while delivering high-quality support to students and staff.

The role requires WHS focus, budget awareness and the ability to supervise a small team in a high-volume environment.
