Enero is seeking a commercially minded People & Culture Director for a 12-month contract based in our Sydney office. You will partner with agency CEOs to shape org design, workforce planning and culture across three Australian agencies while overseeing a small P&C; team.

You will drive AI adoption, align offshore and onshore teams, and lead transformation initiatives with a practical, policy-driven approach that keeps people at the center of change.
