We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Picker Packer with LF to join a busy warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a team-focused environment.

About the Role

Working under regular supervision, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and productive warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately pick and pack orders to meet customer and operational requirements
- Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and store stock
- Receive, handle, and organise incoming and outgoing goods
- Maintain accurate stock placement and inventory records
- Support stock control and warehouse replenishment activities
- Follow all warehouse procedures, safety standards, and site requirements
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and warehouse staff

Skills & Experience Required

- Previous experience in a picking and packing role within a warehouse environment
- Current and valid LF Forklift Licence




- Experience operating a forklift safely and efficiently
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
