RecruitShop is seeking a proactive coordinator to manage CHSP services, client intake, and onboarding for in-home aged care across Brisbane and South-East Queensland. You will work with the rostering team to ensure service delivery aligns with program guidelines.

You will explain CHSP and Support at Home options to clients, maintain accurate records, and support reporting and administration. A background in aged care with solid organisation is ideal.
