About the Role

As a Store Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Assist customers with product information and enquiries
- Replenish shelves and ensure stock is presented attractively
- Operate registers and process customer transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Rotate stock and monitor product quality
- Support various departments as required,



including grocery, fresh produce, and checkout areas
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals

About You

We're looking for someone who Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Enjoys interacting with customers and helping others

Works well in a team environment Is reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability Can work efficiently in a fast paced setting

Has good communication skills Previous retail or supermarket experience is advantageous but not essential
