RACV Inverloch Resort is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the Front Office team and ensure a seamless guest experience across a busy resort workplace.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, provide hands-on leadership, and be available to step into Front Desk duties as required. A strong focus on service, staff development and safety is essential in this seven-day operation, including weekend shifts.
