Coastwide Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking a WHS/HR Coordinator to oversee safety and human resources across Fabrication, CNC Machining, and Site divisions. You will maintain the WHS system, manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions, and ensure up-to-date safety documentation for workers.

You will also handle HR duties such as contracts, disciplinary procedures, performance reviews, and staff relations, including subcontractor compliance.
