RACV Inverloch Resort is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead the Front Office team and oversee resort operations across shifts. You will ensure a welcoming, seamless experience for members and guests, stepping into Front Desk duties when needed and guiding staff with robust coaching and training practices.

Applicants should have supervisory experience in hospitality, solid Front Office knowledge, and the ability to handle emergencies calmly while maintaining high service standards.
